Job summary

The Jewish Community Center Of Dallas is seeking a Member Services Shift Manager to be the primary contact for members and visitors, delivering concierge-level customer service at the Welcome Desks and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires flexibility in hours, on-site work at 7900 Northaven Road, and duties including answering phones, managing member data, POS transactions, tours, and supporting events with the Member Experience team.

Qualifications

• Professional in appearance, manner and tone.
• Team player capable of collaborating in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for visitors to the JCC.
• Ensure excellent customer service for all members and guests.
• Follow policies for access to the facility.
• Assist with opening/closing checklists and daily operations.
• Answer phones and transfer calls.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, promotions, events, and facilities.
• Serve as the go-to person for event updates and building activities.
• Conduct tours for members and visitors.
