Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, drive membership sales, handle check-ins, and promote programs. You will support front desk operations, maintain a clean lobby, and help execute promotional events in a fast-paced fitness club environment.

The role includes delivering excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with Crunch service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented role is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional front desk service.
• Assist with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions.
• Maintain club cleanliness and ensure lobby stays organized and 'grand-opening ready'.
