Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences at the front desk of our Manchester location. You will assist with membership sales, check-ins, and program promotions while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

Answer phones professionally, support new member enrollment, and help drive CrunchOne initiatives. This role suits energetic, detail-oriented individuals who value teamwork, reliability, and a service-first

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsabilités

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm at the front desk.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare.
• Check in members and guests per procedures; resolve check-in issues.
• Answer phones professionally and manage front desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and prepare facility for daily opening.
