Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, manage check‑ins, and drive membership and product sales. You will support front desk operations, promote fitness programs, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests and staff.

This role emphasizes customer service, helpful communication, and reliable teamwork in a fast-paced club. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing enrollments, and maintaining club readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills are required.
• CPR/AED certification is required or can be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and assist with check‑in.
• Support membership sales, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote group fitness, childcare and program benefits.
• Handle phone inquiries and front desk operations professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and adhere to opening/closing checklists.
