Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members and guests, manage the front desk, assist with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while delivering friendly, high-quality service.

You will help maintain a welcoming club atmosphere, support group fitness and tanning promotions, and ensure daily operations run smoothly. Reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to Crunch service standards are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and manage front desk duties.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges and programs (tanning, group fitness, childcare).
• Support new member enrollment and guest conversions, and complete CrunchOne Kickoff standards.
