Job summary

The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Biloxi, MS is seeking a full-time front desk/reception role focused on delivering outstanding customer service and membership sales. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, process memberships, and support daily operations with POS and clerical tasks.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months cashier or customer service experience, with a readiness to assist in various programs and classes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Six months cashier and/or customer service experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills or abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, prompt and courteous services for members and prospective members.
• Give tours and promote memberships or classes.
• Handle cash, operate POS system and assist customers per procedures.
• Answer calls, visitors and emails in a friendly, professional manner.
