Planet Fitness in Palm Desert, CA is seeking a friendly front desk team member to greet members and help deliver a positive workout experience. You will handle phone inquiries, give tours, and assist with sign-ups and cancellations while supporting member accounts.

Responsibilities include answering questions, guiding new members, processing check-ins, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming club environment every shift.

• Assist in member check-ins, BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services inquiries and forward to Club Manager when needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and appearance.
