Job summary

The Service Desk Associate at Ohana Growth Partners supports daily operations of our Crossville Planet Fitness location, delivering friendly service and keeping the club clean and welcoming for members and guests.

You will greet members, assist with membership inquiries, process sign-ups at the front desk, operate the POS system, and collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, orderly fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and departure.
• Answer questions and resolve member and guest complaints.
• Sell memberships and sign up new members.
• Operate the POS system and collect balances.
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness.
