Job summary

Flynn Group’s Flynn Fitness unit is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to join the Planet Fitness team on site. You will deliver a superior member experience, greet guests, and assist with questions while supporting front desk operations in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, strong communication, and reliability. You will handle memberships, POS transactions, and help maintain a welcoming club for all members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Use POS to assist with memberships and questions.
• Keep front desk and lobby clean and organized.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment appearances.
