Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group—the world’s largest franchise operator—seeks a Member Services Representative to join our Planet Fitness club. You will greet members, assist guests, check in members, and ensure an exceptional, judgement-free experience in a busy fitness environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.
• Utilize POS to assist with memberships and membership questions.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
• Perform routine facility cleaning and stocking; support policy updates and trainings.
