Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check in members and show club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Address member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with membership questions and onboarding at the front desk.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby and front desk area.
