Flynn Group’s Flynn Fitness brand is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests. You will greet guests, handle check-ins, tours, and inquiries, while maintaining a clean front desk area and promoting club events.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and existing membership questions using POS.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean and orderly.
• Support a busy gym environment by assisting with logistics and cleanliness.
