Job summary

Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group and Planet Fitness ecosystem, seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests inside the club. You will manage check-ins, greet visitors, handle phone inquiries, and support daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, assisting with memberships, maintaining a clean lobby, and collaborating with the team to uphold a welcoming, judgement-free gym environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the point-of-sale system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Go above and beyond to keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed.
