Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners is seeking a Service Desk Associate to manage front desk duties at the gym, assist members, and support membership sales in Bel Air, MD. You will greet members, handle inquiries, and help maintain a clean, welcoming facility.

The role emphasizes customer service, POS operations, and coordination with management to ensure a positive, Judgment Free Zone experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Prior customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and see them off.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Perform club housekeeping and maintain front desk cleanliness.
• Schedule fitness training sessions and give tours to prospects.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Respond to questions and handle complaints.
