Planet Fitness - TG3E/CM3 is seeking a Member Services Representative in Pottsville, PA. This part-time, afternoon/evening role involves greeting members, handling inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and processing payments at the front desk within a coworking gym environment.

The MSR will promote membership options (including Black Card) and ensure a clean, welcoming club atmosphere, while answering phones and assisting with basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite, this is not a remote position.
• Upbeat, professional and positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable.
• Professional, respectful, and solutions-oriented in member and employee interactions.
• Commitment to cleanliness and creating a positive member experience.
• Ability to learn and apply company cleaning practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to read and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must obtain CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
• Must obtain Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members and guests in a friendly, and professional manner.
• Create a positive club experience by providing outstanding customer service.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
