This role trains you to use multiple channels such as phone and chat, supports a team-centered culture, and offers a competitive starting pay of $20.85 per hour plus monthly and annual incentives, with a benefits package including a 401k match.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and multiple programs.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM–6:00 PM on weekdays and some Saturdays.
