Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Customer service & cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt style to audience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with members and potential members to provide courteous, professional service.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently (deposits, withdrawals, payments, checks).
• Identify member needs and educate on credit union products/services.
• Demonstrate and teach members how to use available banking technology.
• Support operational duties per policies and procedures.
• Represent the credit union in a positive, professional manner.
