Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable).
• Strong customer service experience and ability to handle diverse member inquiries.
• Professional image and ability to represent the credit union positively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with adaptable style.
• Proficient computer use and screen navigation across multiple programs.
• Positive energy with openness to coaching and a proactive sales mindset.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–6:00 PM with some Saturdays rotation.

Responsibilities

• Be the welcoming voice of Dupaco, delivering joyful experiences and building lasting member relationships.
• Receive ongoing training and use tools to engage members via phone, chat, ITM, and other channels.
• Know Dupaco products to educate and offer solutions that meet member needs.
• Answer a wide range of questions and resolve member situations promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure members receive high-quality service every time.
