Job summary

Dupaco Community Credit Union is seeking an Branch Services Representative to process transactions, assist members with account management, and educate them on Dupaco products and services.

You will perform cross-selling, proactive outreach, and support branch operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and Dupaco policies. This role emphasizes member relationships and financial services education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer services or equivalent experience.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to represent the financial institution in a positive and professional way when dealing with membership, and other staff members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, and an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Accurately process a variety of transactions for members including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments and assist members in the lobby.
• Assist and educate members with Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) as needed.
• Balance cash drawers and reconcile transactions at the end of the day.
• Open member accounts, including checking, savings, and CDs and offer full-family membership to new and existing members.
• Educate members on features, benefits, and fees of the credit union and Dupaco products and services.
• Cross-sell Dupaco products and services by engaging and highlighting digital services.
