Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Ohio is seeking a service-oriented associate to greet members, determine the needed services, and direct them to the right area. In DMV locations, you will process transactions and resolve routine issues per Club standards, while delivering high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities include preparing TripTiks, assisting with hotel and car reservations, promoting memberships, processing payments, issuing passport photos, and handling Travel Money transactions,

Qualifications

• High School GED Required.
• 1-3 years Branch Specialist 1 and/or 2 or related experience Required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis.
• Prior experience using State DMV licensing system.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person; determine the service needed and direct as appropriate.
• Provide registration services where DMV is available; complete transactions per DMV and Club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks and provide maps, tour books and travel materials.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations; promote AAA memberships.
• Process membership and insurance payments; offer renewals and upgrades.
• Issue passport photos and IDPs; process Travel Money transactions and ticket sales.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits; perform notary services per procedures.
