Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, process DMV-related services where available, and guide customers to the right services. You will assist with travel planning, hotel and car reservations, and promote AAA memberships.

The role involves handling payments, renewals, passport photos, notary services, and merchandise sales. Occasional travel to off-site meetings may occur.

Formación

• High School GED is required.
• 1–3 years of Branch Specialist experience is required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills are required.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Experience using the DMV licensing系统 is preferred.
• Notary license obtained within 1 year preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide DMV registration services where available; follow procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks and provide maps and travel materials.
• Assist with hotel/car reservations and sell memberships.
• Process membership and insurance payments and renewals.
• Upsell memberships and renewals; process products transactions.
• Issue passport photos/IDPs and process Travel Money transactions.
• Sell merchandise and attraction tickets; balance cash drawer.
• Prepare daily deposits; perform notary services per guidelines.
