Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and perform DMV transactions where available. The role includes processing payments, selling memberships, and providing travel materials and reservations.

Notary services and cash handling are part of the duties, with a focus on high-quality service per QA standards. Occasional travel to off-site meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 1–3 years branch specialist or related experience.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Experience using State DMV licensing system; notary license within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide registration services to members and DMV transactions.
• Prepare TripTiks and provide maps and travel materials.
• Assist members with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships and process payments.
• Balance cash drawer and daily deposits.
• Perform notary services per procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities.
