Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members, determine service needs, and direct them to the appropriate area. In locations offering DMV services, you will process transactions and resolve routine issues while upholding the Club’s Quality Assurance standards.

You will also assist with travel arrangements, reservations, memberships, payments, notary services, and merchandise sales. Strong cash-handling skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of Branch Specialist 1 or 2 or related experience required.
• Basic computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties.
• Notary license within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needed.
• Provide DMV license services where available and process transactions.
• Prepare TripTiks and provide maps, travel materials.
• Assist members with hotel and car reservations.
• Promote and sell AAA memberships.
• Process membership payments and upgrades; offer renewals.
• Process insurance payments and renewals.
• Issue passport photos and IDPs.
• Handle Travel Money product transactions and ticket sales.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits.
• Perform notary services per National Notary Association and Club procedures.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on member needs.
