Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to manage member accounts, educate on programs, and drive engagement. You will handle inquiries, assist with transactions, and support member retention efforts in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and a commitment to hospitality excellence. A Retention Specialist Certification is expected within 60 days of hire.

Formación

• Education: High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service or sales experience
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
• Strong verbal communication and service recovery skills

Responsabilidades

• Acts as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort
• Builds relationships with members by delivering hospitality and extraordinary experiences
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to engage and retain members
• Keeps knowledge of club programs, events, pricing, and policies up to date
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments
• Supports new membership sales and member retention activities
• Assists in problem solving and service recovery using available tools
