Job summary

JEM Wellness Brands seeks a friendly Member Services Representative for day shift roles at Crunch Fitness locations. You will greet members, handle inquiries, assist with memberships and promote services while maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk environment.

The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. This position is part-time and highly customer-service oriented with daily responsibilities at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with reading and writing skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to navigate club software and systems.
• CPR/AED certification (required; may be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Communicate events and promotions to members and guests.
• Maintain a professional and courteous disposition at all times.
• Facilitate member requests or escalate to a manager when needed.
• Check in members and guests according to procedures and resolve alerts.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally; perform opening/closing duties.
• Assist with membership sales and promote services such as tanning, fitness, childcare.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and stay knowledgeable about facilities and programs.
