Planet Fitness is hiring a Member Services Representative. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, handling inquiries, memberships, and payments while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate processing, and promoting membership options in a fast-paced fitness setting. Responsibilities include POS-based check-ins, responding to questions, and upselling memberships.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Respond to member inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, inquiries and billing questions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with tours and sign-ups for potential members.
• Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club, including restrooms and workout areas.
• Answer phones professionally and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure front desk operations run smoothly throughout shifts.
