Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to learn branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries in person or by phone, perform routine transactions, and support cash handling and account maintenance under supervision.

You will complete structured training, including Excel and Elevate modules, then continue with branch operations modules, security procedures, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.

• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist members via phone and in-person inquiries with courteous service.
• Balance daily cash drawer and process standard transactions.
• Operate drive-through window as needed and follow security procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and access only for business purposes.
• Complete E&E training and post-training Core Modules.
• Assist with wires, currency exchange, and basic account openings.
• Organize, file and scan documents; support cross-department requests.
• Greet members, handle service requests across channels, and escalate when needed.
• Attend ongoing training and maintain punctual attendance.
