Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with the ability to learn branch operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for member inquiries.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members in person, over the phone, and via digital channels.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawers in accordance with standards.
• Assist with cash handling, wire transfers, and account maintenance tasks.
• Support security procedures and protect member information at all times.
• Learn branch operations and participate in ongoing training.
