Job summary

You'll perform routine duties, respond to inquiries, and process transactions under supervision while gaining familiarity with accounts and services.

Entry-level role emphasizing training in cash handling, security controls, and referrals to financial products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or CCUE/AA/AS preferred via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrates SECU core values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building trust.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and over the phone with accurate service.
• Process transactions and balance a cash drawer per standards.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance under supervision.
• Handle drive-through operations when needed.
• Maintain documents and records daily; support branch operations.
• Protect member information and adhere to security controls.
