Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking an entry-level Associate MSO to gain foundational knowledge of branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You'll handle inquiries in person and by phone, manage cash-related duties, and begin training in lending and collections under supervision.

The role emphasizes attendance at new employee training, ongoing module completion, and growth through additional training to advance within consumer lending and credit products.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must complete SECU Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and by phone across service channels.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other basic teller functions while balancing cash drawer.
• Assist in opening basic accounts and learning lending products with supervision.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests and complete documentation.
