Flynn Group is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for Planet Fitness locations. You will greet members, assist with signups, tour prospective members, and address questions with a welcoming, judgement-free approach.

You will handle phone inquiries, POS transactions, and front-desk upkeep in a busy fitness environment. Training and teamwork are emphasized to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with memberships and inquiries at the front desk.
• Maintain clean, orderly front desk and lobby areas.
• Support team operations and training as directed.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of facility areas and equipment.
• Assist with restrooms/locker rooms and stocking as needed.
