Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to deliver a premier guest experience at our Planet Fitness-affiliated facility. You will greet members, handle inquiries, assist with memberships, and maintain a welcoming front desk environment in a busy fitness setting.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and reliability, with daily responsibilities ranging from phone support to member tours and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility, including exercise equipment, amenities, windows, mirrors, trash removal, and re-racking weights.
• Support team operations by adapting to new policies, procedures, and systems, and completing required company training as assigned.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete company assigned trainings and additional learning as directed.
