The Westfield Area YMCA in Cranford seeks reliable, friendly individuals to join our Member Services team. You will greet members, answer questions, process transactions and help create a welcoming environment.

Pay starts at $17.00–$21.00 per hour, with shifts Monday–Friday 9–5, plus Saturday and Sunday options. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, retirement account, and free YMCA family membership.

Qualifications

• Must communicate well, both written and verbally, in English.
• Willing to obtain CPR for the Professional Rescuer, First Aid, Emergency Oxygen, EPI and Asthma certifications or equivalent; training on-site.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and participants in a friendly, accurate manner.
• Process transactions, memberships and class registrations.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all visitors.
