Flynn Fitness, part of Flynn Group, is hiring a Member Services Representative in Boston. You will deliver superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, greet visitors, handle inquiries, check-ins, and inform members about events and updates.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
