Flynn Group seeks a friendly Member Services Representative for Planet Fitness to deliver exceptional customer experiences at the front desk. You will welcome members, handle inquiries, check-ins, and tours, and assist with POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Utilize POS system to assist with new memberships and existing membership questions.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Perform routine facility cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Assist operations by adapting to new policies and completing training.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete company trainings and additional learning as directed.
