Flynn Group is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative for a Planet Fitness location. You will greet members, answer inquiries, check in members, provide tours to potential members, and process purchases at the front desk while maintaining a clean lobby.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases on the POS system.
• Assist with new memberships and membership questions.
• Maintain a clean, orderly front desk and lobby area.
