Job summary

Planet Fitness in Maynard, MA is hiring a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone. You will greet members, process sign-ups and cancellations, answer inquiries, and help drive sales while maintaining a clean and safe club environment.

Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time shifts is offered. Benefits include health coverage, retirement savings, and employee perks. Training is provided for CPR/AED certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or concerns at check-in.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and support members’ fitness journeys while upholding club policies.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with inquiries.
• Process memberships, sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Drive sales and contribute to club monthly and yearly goals.
• Perform prospective member calls and tours to assess membership needs.
• Maintain daily cleaning and sanitizing of all equipment and Recovery Zone amenities.
• Address maintenance and facility concerns promptly and report issues.
