Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to greet members, handle inquiries, and process memberships at the on-site front desk. You will provide friendly customer service, assist with tours, explain membership options, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

The role emphasizes prompt, professional interactions, adherence to policies, and ability to learn cleaning and operational procedures to ensure a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
• CPR/AED Certification required within the specified timeframe.
• Tanning Certification required within company timeframe.
• Submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
• All Utah locations participate in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide outstanding customer service to create a positive club experience.
• Answer questions and address concerns promptly and courteously.
• Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
• Provide information about memberships and amenities; conduct tours and sign-ups.
• Explain current specials and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Meet or exceed membership and customer service goals.
• Check members in at the front desk using the club POS system.
• Process new memberships, cancellations, and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the club including restrooms, locker rooms, and workout areas.
• Regularly walk the floor to ensure space is clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow opening and closing procedures; respond to issues with management as needed.
