Job summary

Planet Fitness seeks a Member Services Representative to deliver a superior customer experience to members, guests and prospective members in a welcoming environment. You will greet members, assist with check-ins, and promote the Judgement Free Zone, while handling memberships and inquiries with a positive attitude.

Daily duties include answering calls, tours for prospective members, maintaining club cleanliness, and addressing concerns with professional diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with check-in and inquiries.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone and assist members on the club floor.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and handle inquiries.
• Process memberships, updates, cancellations, and billing info.
• Conduct membership tours for prospective members.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and spaces.
• Address maintenance or safety concerns and report issues promptly.
