Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, always providing exceptional customer service.
• Answer phones courteously and assist callers with questions.
• Check members in and provide club tours to prospective members.
• Communicate updates and events to members and guests.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for beverage or merchandise purchases.
• Assist with new memberships and existing membership questions on the POS.
• Keep the front desk area and lobby clean and orderly.
• Regular cleaning and upkeep of the facility and equipment.
• Support team by adapting to new policies and completing trainings.
• Frequent restroom/locker room cleaning and stocking.
• Complete trainings and additional learning as directed.
