YMCA of Oklahoma City is seeking staff for member services to assist guests, handle inquiries, and perform clerical duties in a fast-paced environment. Starting at $10.00 per hour, the role includes greeting members, processing registrations, and supporting program information and payments.

Available shifts include mornings and afternoons/evenings, with alternating weekend hours. Candidates must be at least 18 and CPR/AED/First Aid certified, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in CPR, AED, O2 and First Aid.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills; experience in a service environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide member services such as membership sales, tours, answer and direct phone calls, guest registration, provide program information and registration, input membership and program information into computer, accept payment/cash register/receipts, schedule appointments, make and scan membership cards, rent lockers, stock and distribute towels.
• Serve as liaison between members and program supervisors.
• Handle and resolve member inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor facility as required.
• Carry out other duties as assigned; uphold the values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
