Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services, including membership sales, tours, registration, and payments.
• Answer questions, direct phone calls, and maintain guest registration.
• Input membership and program information into computer systems.
• Stock and distribute towels, rent lockers, and manage the cash register.
• Foster positive relationships with members, donors, and volunteers.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings and stay compliant with policies.
