Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified in CPR, AED, O2 and First Aid (training provided by the Y).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills in a service environment.
• Ability to use a computer; accurate with transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services such as tours, registration, and information.
• Answer phones and direct calls; assist with guest questions and program info.
• Process payments and receipts; manage towel distribution and locker rentals.
• Serve as liaison between members and program staff; resolve inquiries and issues.
