Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be certified in CPR/First Aid (training provided by the Y).
• Strong verbal interpersonal and communication skills in a service environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide member services such as membership sales, tours, and guest registration.
• Answer and direct phone calls; input membership and program information into computer.
• Handle payments and receipts; manage towels stock and distribution.
• Serve as liaison between members and program supervisors; resolve inquiries and complaints.
