Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Attend New Employee Training (E&E).
• Complete core modules including Checking Accounts, Share Accounts, Lending Overview, NCUS Coverage and more.
• Follow policies, maintain confidentiality, and process member requests across channels.
• Balance a cash drawer and learn branch procedures and performance criteria.
• Provide Notary Public services as requested and assist with wire transfers and currency handling.
• Learn Financial Advisory and Real Estate products and provide referrals when appropriate.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct, and participate in ongoing training.
