Job summary

Jefferson Financial FCU, a division of Keesler Federal Credit Union, is seeking a Financial Service Representative for its Ocean Springs location. You will open consumer and business accounts and cross-sell services to members, explaining product benefits and rates while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires conducting thorough member interviews, processing deposits and loans, and handling ATM/Debit card services.

Qualifications

• Education to be at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Ability to use standard office software and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and process consumer and business deposit accounts, including IRAs and CDs.
• Provide account information and respond to member inquiries with accuracy.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
• Process loan applications and coordinate with lending decisions as needed.
• Handle ATM/Debit cards, disputes, and fraud issues with care.
• Maintain branch procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
