Jefferson Security Bank in Martinsburg, WV seeks a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional in-branch banking services, open accounts, research issues, and resolve problems. You will interview customers, explain available financial services, and assist with safe deposit boxes and wire transfers.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of bank products, accuracy in processing transactions, and ability to refer customers to other lines of business.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred and 0-2 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of BSA and other applicable regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness, information retention, tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and employees.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of bank products and services.
• Provide prompt, efficient and accurate service in processing account-related requests such as opening and closing accounts, funds transfers, stop payments, safe deposit boxes and ATM and debit card inquiries.
• Consistently provide excellent customer service, resolve problems and identify customers’ financial needs.
• Seek opportunities to refer customers to other lines of business within the bank.
• Work closely with the Office Manager and branch team to generate new business.
• Act as the customer liaison between other bank departments when necessary.
• Represent the Bank in a manner that maintains and expands positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers.
• Share knowledge and experience with other team members and provide support as needed.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure accounts are opened according to the Bank’s product and service guidelines.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with all customer information obtained.
• Adhere to all bank policies, procedures and regulations.
