Job summary

Jefferson Financial FCU, a division of Keesler Federal Credit Union, is seeking a Branch Operations team member at the Gulfport, MS location. You will open consumer and business accounts, explain products, and cross-sell services while using Symitar and OA system tools to ensure accurate processing and timely service.

You will interact with members to respond to questions, process deposits and loans, and support branch operations under supervision of the Branch Manager.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED.
• Community college coursework is desired.
• One year to three years of similar or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and process consumer and business deposit accounts including IRAs and CDs.
• Order and issue ATM and Debit cards; handle related disputes.
• Conduct quality member interviews to determine needs and present credit union products.
• Route loan applications to Central Lending Decision Makers and disburse after approval.
• Maintain cash control and verify checks for deposits andReg CC compliance.
