Job summary

Keesler Federal Credit Union in Ocean Springs, MS seeks a Teller Service Representative I to perform teller duties, post transactions, balance cash, and support sales and service initiatives. This role requires accuracy, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to policies while upholding member confidentiality.

Under supervision, you will handle deposits, withdrawals, and account information with care, and use CRM software to track member needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to twelve months of similar or related experience.
• Prior cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate teller terminals and PC equipment accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify members and verify ownership for transactions.
• Accept deposits and payments, perform withdrawals, and balance cash.
• Maintain cash control and dual verification with vault staff.
• Resolve member concerns using CRM and available resources.
• Promote credit union products and services through referrals.
• Balance cash drawer and ATM deposits; complete required trainings.
