Keesler Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Contact Specialist I for its Gulfport, MS location. Under supervision, you will handle member inquiries, process various financial transactions, and deliver exceptional service by phone.

The role requires accurate data entry, confidentiality, and adherence to policies. You will contribute to meeting service goals, utilize the CRM for service events, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• Good typing/keyboarding skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Punctuality and attendance are critical.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality member service over the phone.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Identify members and account ownership for inquiries.
• Handle wire transfers and Speed Pay within limits.
• Maintain knowledge of KFCU products and services.
• Escalate issues through proper channels as needed.
